Brian is a San Diego native that has lived here most of his life. He graduated from UCSB in 1999 having studied Bio-Psychology. Following this he spent a year living and traveling through Mexico and Central America where he developed a fluency in Spanish. Since he returned in 2001, Brian has been in the construction and development industries. Several of those years overlapped into Real Estate, focusing primarily on "flipping" properties as well as "buy & hold" strategies. During this time he has worked in a wide range of roles giving him a broad understanding of the field. Brian obtained his Class C-33 license in 2010 and the Class B General in 2016 at which time BlueSkies Real Estate Development was established. Maximizing potential of Real Estate is both a professional and personal passion of his. He made BlueSkies to provide their clients with not only beautiful remodels and new constructions but also to assist their clients to find the best way to get the most value of their property. For this he made the Mission of BlueSkies to be: "To provide our clients with the best finished product we must understand our clients needs and goals first". When Brian isn't working you'll probably find him with his hands dirty in the garden or tooling around the house since a contractor's home is never done.
